Also, the District Manager was present each time I was in the office and was as pleasant and professional as Lee. Great group of people to do business with. I called Lee right before closing time to inquire about renting a unit. She was so kind that she offered to stay after hours so that I could come and tour the facility and complete the paperwork to obtain a unit. I'm very impressed with the cleanliness, security, climate control (including humidity control), and overall experience with this business. The facility is relatively new and is maintained in a spotless condition. My property went into storage for about six months and when it was time to come out it was as if it had been stored the previous day. Everything about my experience with Highway 11W Self Storage was positive and Lee is a blessing. I will use these folks again if I need to temporarily store some property.
