It was a super easy experience to rent my storage unit. When I was ready to move my stuff out of storage, I called and spoke with Lauren. It took less than 2 minutes to finish everything up. The facility is nice and secure and easy to access. I highly recommend it.

The guise of a "free month" quickly falls to extra fees, random and unannounced "yearly increases", and zero desire to keep a customer. My rent went up 50 bucks a month suddenly. This is an insane increase. Not worth the price.
