The security system is top notch. The employees are friendly and helpful. My account is conveniently drafted every month but I still get an email about it ahead of time. When the big snow came this year, they sent an email reminding customers to check the storage units for leaks. Even though everything was nice and dry in my unit, I considered that thoughtful of them to suggest that I check. The unit was very clean when I rented it. I’d highly recommend them.

It’s not fair that y'all auction off peoples belongings. It’s just not! That’s bs and shouldn’t happen. Times are hard ON A LOT OF US and at times we can’t afford to pay a bill. I mean it happens. It’s part of life! Bills get missed ALL THE TIME big or small. Folks get behind but that shouldn’t give NOBODY the right to auction off someone’s stuff. All of my items are gone because I lost my employment and tried to pay when and if I could. All my daughter’s childhood books for her bookshelf GONE, all my Stitch stuffed animals GONE, I mean literally everything I had there YOU PEOPLE AUCTIONED OFF. My advice to anyone looking for storage do not go here unless you are employed and can afford to keep up the bill. Insensitive PEOPLE, like they got it all together.

I had my storage here and when I went to get my property out over half of it was contaminated with rat feces. The rats ate through a ton of my stuff and I lost thousands. The manager said the owners would contact me and they never did and I was given no help for the items their lack of care caused. Don't rent here.
