Karen is so helpful and polite! Such a great experience with Hopper Self Storage. Ideal location, clean grounds and ample security. All around a great storage and staff. Ed is always running around keeping things neat and tidy and giving me tips on environmentally friendly weed killer. Thanks for everything you guys!

This place is bright and clean and new and feels safe. But that is not even the best part. The best part is Karen at the front desk. She is a superstar. Kind and helpful and genuinely feels like she wants to be there and wants to help. A real asset, a treasure. This is the kind of customer service I was looking for and didn’t know existed anymore.

I love "Hopper Self Storage". The manager Karen is such an delightful person. Karen and staff Ed when present, are willing to assist you with all your needs with courtesy and kindness. The facility is kept very clean. I feel very blessed to have found Hopper Self Storage.
