Houston Ave Self Storage

This is NOT the storage facility you want to go to. The prices are cheap but the service I received was disrespectful, rude, mean and angry. I understand the owner is disabled, but there is no reason whatsoever to ridicule a woman, especially a disabled one. The hours at Houston Ave.Storage are supposed to be: 7am-7pm, seven days a week. Twice I went there to unload the truck and the place was closed. If you mention anything to him that he disagrees with the owner responds with rage. He also has a large, white Cockatoo bird, very unhealthy with hardly any feathers. This is a tropical bird but his cage is placed next to the opened front door despite it being in the 40-50 degree weather. I removed my first load from this place and will find a storage unit at a business that runs efficiently and politely to it's customers.

I called trying to see if any units are available and they picked up and hung up on me twice. And then when I called a 3rd time this man answered the phone screaming at me asking why I kept calling. I literally thought they were a storage unit business. Im glad I got this experience before doing business with them

Great storage units at good price's.
