Easy experience to set up a unit. Clean, climate-controlled, good security and lighting. Good deal on first month. Staff went above and beyond to maintain security of my unit. I’m super grateful.

Long-time customer of this fine establishment (and have held many, many units in Boise) so not a first-time buyer. Friendly customer service, clean, convenient, and secure. IMHO downtown Boise is the best storage facility in the Treasure Valley.

Rachel was the one handing my rental. Her customer service abilities were far above and beyond all expectations! I can not recommend Idaho Self Storage enough! The facilities are well lit, clean, and very secure! You will not be disappointed!
