May 2025 update: As see below the customer service before we moved into unit was excellent and I we pleased to say that the customer experience that Ray provided during our short-time storage was equally as fantastic. He was always friendly and we felt our stuff was super secure. For our use the location was absolutely the best choice. Greatness! Fantastic experience. I contacted Ideal Storage in Laredo and spoke with Ray. He was knowledgable and super friendly. He listened to my storage needs for my car and for household items and had solutions for me. I reserved the space and he held it a few days until I could arrive to look at it. The whole process was professional and efficient .There are very few people in customer service that are of this quality. Thanks Ray.
