Storage Star

My experience was excellent. Marisela was super knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a climate controlled unit. I informed her that I had an outside unit and was looking on options to move my things closer to my residence. I let her know that I was visiting a few storage facilities and that I appreciated her taking the time to show me several units. I visited a couple of other facilities. Not a single one was as professional or as clean as Storage Star. I went back and rented a unit. Marisela’s professionalism and the facilities cleanliness and truly deserving of a five star rating. Highly Recommended!

If it could be 0 stars would be great! So dumb to honor new customer with a cheaper rate than a loyal customer . Stay away!!! Rate increases whenever they want n not $5-$10 but $25 more so frustrating n pathetic now to pack n move to another storage ! I understand everything goes up but not by 20% cmon that’s greedy ! RESPECT THE LONG TERM customers ! After I recommended 3 of these storages never again! Not all of us get raises at work you know ! I hope ur employees did cuz they have great customer service even tho they tell us the bad news peace out

Great customer service. Maricela is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable employee. She was very helpful She showed me the unit and explained the contract and breakdown on pricing of the promotion going on right now. Hopefully the price quoted after the promotion doesn’t increase 3-6 months after.
