Ideal Self Storage- Temple

Never had a bad experience here, response time has always been pretty quick. Only downside to the units is sometimes the battery dies on the lock but a maintenance person was there within 24-48 hrs during the holidays to fix it.

I was able to do everything online and the process was quick and simple once I arrived. Very clean, check in wasn’t stressful, no crazy hidden fees and I love that I can use my phone vs having to keep up with a key/code lock.

I would highly recommend smartlock self storage. They do go the extra mile for their customers. These guys get a 5 star in my book for customer service. I have never had to wait to speak with someone if I needed to. I have always had someone call me right back whenever I needed to ask a question about my unit. They are always willing to help, and very polite and courteous. I have never had a bad experience, and being able to access my unit 24/7 is definitely a plus!
