Iron Gate Storage - Downtown

I had an amazing experience with Jenny. She made the whole process very easy and I was relieved that I was able to access my storage unit same-day with ease. Jenny made me feel like Iron Gate was the best choice for my storage solution. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me. She was so kind and patient.

Be warned that your rental rate will increase every few months. Their business model is to entice you to move in with low rates then systematically increase the rent. My original rate was $46/month and now is $84/month. This was over the course of a year and a few months. Be cautious dealing with this business - rent is month to month. They can and will increase at any time. It seems like a safe place to leave your stuff - no issues there.

Jennifer at Iron gate storage is phenomenal. Very engaging and knowledgeable about the facility and the sign up process. I’m glad I called Iron Gate Storage first. When I dropped my first load, noticed how well kept the property was in general. I highly recommend this storage unit. They even have moving trucks available for rent if needed. Top notch!
