Kirkland Premier Storage

I love this place. I feel very comfortable and safe here and It's clean and quiet. Delores is just a kick in the pants. She knows her stuff. Quick and efficient. Professional but man she's funny.

During my search for a storage unit I came across Kirkland premier in Vancouver Washington called for information and received the information from the friendliest woman there. I set a date to visit and found it clean and well maintained with security gates in place. That was as a bonus to for me. Staff was friendly and provided me with enough information to allow me to make an informed decision. Delores Santiago was welcoming and very friendly. They made my experience hassle free and easy.

This rating is for Dolores. She is such a peach. She stayed open late for me when I was lost in Vancouver and took the time to thoroughly go through. The whole works of how the company works and was very thorough with our effort to help me out I appreciate her very much and I’m sure her company appreciates her as well if they don’t they should and they should understand that not a lot of people like her they come along in life that exist out of business and I know she takes this serious and with high matter prayer, I could stay more, but I don’t want to bother you with the fact that she does care and she does a good job at her job so thank you shout out to Dolores the big dog on the block I would highly recommend if anybody wants to use her or work with her to help you get situated in your moving situation. I need a place to go to hit her up And you won’t be disappointed
