Iron Gate Storage - Pearson Airport

I just want to say that Edwin and Penny were absolutely delightful and helpful and courteous to me and my friend who came to look at a storage today I ultimately signed up despite having reservations and hope that I have a great experience with the iron gate storage for at least a year maximum and in the future I want to refer many clients to this storage unit because of the excellent customer service. The prices were specials extraordinary for new people getting a new storage n the regular prices afterwards is reasonable if it's not raised for at least 6 months to a year as promised. wonderful employees n service thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything to go over everything with me several times and make me feel comfortable it's almost like a family feeling when I left there thank you. Great process overall from online to in person. Chat associate was very helpful online, and then when checking in the physical office, the associate was super helpful as well. She escorted me in the building and explained everything in detail on process of entry both in the lot and building, app access and instruction, and complete introduction to the unit as well as pointing out the location of the restroom. The associate went over safety in the unit, and reassured me that it was super safe and they have video feed with access to the cameras in the main office. The only downfall I foresee is there is a tall loading dock to the building that is accessible with stairs and you have to unload your belongs after disengaging the heavy chains and then lifting onto the loading dock to access the front door of the storage facility. So you can't just drive up to the actual door. I don't know how accessible this is going to be for larger items like furniture, but it seems they could improve on this access point. Other than that, everything was great so far.

The storage st Pearson has been a reliable, professional and engaged partner for me for some years. The buildings and facilities are always clean, well maintained and reassuringly monitored. Recently I required assistance in lighting a unit, and Edwin was a marvel. He showed up with ladder, lightbulb and generous, cheerful spirit to help me in the darkest unit within ten minutes of my request. He is such a credit to your company, and I think you are lucky to have him. I tell my friends, when they look for additional storage, that Edwin can be counted on to sort out the best fit for them. I needed to switch units, and he was ready with a hand truck to help it go more smoothly. He volunteered to help me additionally after his workday hours. He is truly special.
