Iron Guard Storage

Not impressed. I've been paying an insane amount to store a few belongings there for a couple of years now. Never one day late paying. I've been trying to inform them for weeks now that I plan to vacate and no one will acknowledge me. When you select the option to move out from the phone menu, conveniently, there's no one available to answer your call. But, select another option and someone picks up right away. You have to give them 30 days notice and again conveniently, the "office" is closed for the next couple of days so, they're likely going to try and charge me for another month even though they were given ample notice. I will dispute this my bank if that ends up being the case. Seems very shady that they make it so difficult.

Candy has been absolutely amazing. She has been accommodating in my unfortunate circumstance. She is caring and very empathetic. Not many folks like that these days. Ed the maintenance man was very kind as well. I highly recommend this facility. It’s clean and has wonderful staff. Again, thank you Candy. You made my transition go much smoother and less stressful.

When I first went to sign up a few years ago they had a very cute staff member (looked really good tight yoga pants) wonder what ever happened to her.
