I had a awesome time changing my unit to a new one with the help of Jason! You are very helpful and kind I Definitely give you guys a 5 star!!! Totally recommend coming to Public storage in Smokey point!:)

Could not get through to people on the phone . Drove almost an hour to get there And the office is unattended... Call phone number thats on the door and was told they would meet with us the following day regarding getting a storage unit.. That didn't work for us. So we went somewhere else nearby and happily got a nice storage unit on the spot.

Jason was more than helpful with a sticky situation. I had to last minute bid an auction at another location. I was able to go to Jason and he cleared up any questions and set me up for success!
