Had a really good experience at iStorage in Burnsville. The staff was friendly and easy to talk to, and they helped me figure out exactly what size unit I actually needed. They didn’t try to push anything extra on me, just made sure I got the right unit for my situation. Quick, simple process and great customer service. I’d definitely recommend them.

The gal Nae is always there when she is supposed to be, is very professional and makes ever interaction painless and actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this place for any of your storage needs! 1st Review They had the best price in the area. No storage fees. Don't have to buy their lock, but they have them if you need. Set up was simple and quick. The gal there Nae is simply amazing! Helpful and in the office when she is supposed to be! She makes the whole thing quick and easy!

Nae was very professional, made my experience so relaxed and smooth. The units are clean, the property is well kept and secure! Staff is available at the times they are supposed to be on site. Highly recommend
