I went in to inquire about a unit. I spoke to Tykisha , and I was really impressed with her Customer Service. It’s really hard to find great customer service these days. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, respectful , and so nice. I will be back to rent a unit next month. Thanks again for the amazing service.

Place says open 10-6 today an. I’m here at 1:58 in afternoon an no one in office yet say I need my unit cleaned out in 24 hours as I bought it at auction! So I call the regional manager an They can’t even reach store manager or property manager. Terrible business would not recommend using this storage place
