Got put out of my house with 3 days notice and had a lot of stuff that I couldn’t haul around with me. Was looking for affordable storage units so I pulled up to the storage place. Krista was very comforting and showed sympathy about the situation and got me a unit that day. You need more employees like Krista that shows great hospitality. If you need to get storage and need a unit go see Krista she makes you feel more then just a customer.

I have live in many places and have had rental storage at most of them but this storage company is by far the WORST ever!! Doors do not seal well so unit full of leaves and debris. Office never open and when you reach staff and set up a time, they never show- not that time, not that day, maybe not that week!! Call company and only get AI which puts you on hold and after 3 minutes, disconnects you!!

I have tried to communicate with someone about my storage unit and have come to this office for a week. No one will answer the phone, no one is ever here. The doors are broken and just anyone can get in. Can someone please contact us.
