Stephen’s customer service was AMAZING! I came about 30 minutes before closing and he welcomed me with open arms! He answered every question I had with ease and reassured me when I was unsure of what unit to decide on! I appreciate his demeanor and expertise. You all need more staff like Stephen! If you see this Stephen, keep up the great work! Thanks again!

The facility was safe, clean and the location was great. The staff has been very helpful over the past several years. At this time I don’t need my storage unit but when I do, I will not hesitate to return to StorPlace again!
