I’ve only had my rental a couple months now but so far, I’ve had NO ISSUES with my unit or contacting the property for any questions or concerns I’ve had. My personal experience with ms.Kathy has been amazing! She easy to communicate with and understanding. Not to mention the affordable pricing available. Can’t beat it!!! If and when someone asks about storage, I’ll point them straight to I storage!💜

I’ve had a great experience storing my things here. Kathy is honest, helpful, and easy to work with. The property is clean, safe, and well taken care of. Any time I had a question or needed help, they responded fast and made it easy. Prices are fair and there are no surprises. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage with good customer service.

I have been at this complex for a few years now, through different owners and plenty of employees and Kathy is the absolute best. She is so kind and polite, she is the type of person that makes you believe in humanity again. I am not sure how to get her bosses to see this. But I sincerely hope you recognize how hard working and what an asset Kathy is!!
