At first was great been with them over 2 years. After switching jobs and going from weekly pay to bi-weekly hard to get caught up. These guys won’t work with you or give you credits claiming it’s all automated and quick to hit you with late fees and start threatening auctioning off your stuff. Finally agree to lift a late fee after threatening to move and once ya tell them your moving they tell you they going to cancel the credit. Don’t use these guys much better places out there better to have someone that will work with you then a greedy pig that just wants all the money they can make off you. Already told them I’m moving already moved out and already getting a bill for next month

I cannot say enough good things about Carly at Store Space. Back in August, Carly originally reached out to help me resolve some discrepancies with my billing, and from the very beginning she was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. More recently, just last week, I went through a very severe and emotional separation from my wife, and Carly once again went above and beyond to help me during an incredibly difficult time. She helped get me into a larger unit for around the same cost as my previous one, which was a huge relief when everything else in my life felt overwhelming. What truly stood out was the care she put into making sure everything was right. She even walked over and personally checked the unit before I arrived later that evening to ensure it was perfect. Carly was compassionate, patient, and incredibly understanding. She treated me like a human being, not just another customer, and her kindness meant more to me than she probably realizes. I will never forget the way she showed up for me during such a vulnerable moment. Carly is an absolute asset, and Store Space is very lucky to have her. Thank you, Carly, for your professionalism, your heart, and for going the extra mile when it mattered most.

Carly was fantastic. She’s friendly. She’s fast she’s proficient. She explained everything gave me some additional tips on where to park and how to access that is easy to get to my unit. Overall, a great experience in renting a storage unit
