I really like istorage. Ive rented with this storage place several ti.ea before. Ann Marie at istorage is great. When I called this ti.e I asked for her. She's made me feel welcome and comfortable. A wo derfyl atmosphere. The people who work there are awesome and they keep the place really clean.

My initial experience with this iStorage location was positive, staff were really friendly when I moved in. Nice unit, fair price. But in recent months, they have dramatically cut back their access hours, and it’s causing me real problems. With this new schedule, it’s extremely difficult for me to access my unit. On-site staff is not sympathetic, and after-hours “customer service” from their corporate office is not helpful. I am not getting the service that I paid for.

I’ve been renting a unit with iStorage for over 5 years. I was so satisfied with their service, I got a second unit. Ms Ann is the epitome of patience. On more than one occasion, she has given me grace and understanding. Even when I haven’t been the easiest to deal with. She STILL remains calm, cool and collected. However, she’s not afraid to let you know who’s in charge. But she does it with class and professionalism. Thank you Ms Ann, and team over at iStotage 36th & Hiawatha.
