US Storage Centers

Jacob & Missy were very helpful as we tried to figure out whether renting a unit will work for the way we want to use it for our nonprofit. Jacob took the time to show us a number of units, answer our questions, and explain a number of things we were wondering about. He also offered to reserve the unit while we took a number of measurements over the weekend. He also made sure we knew how to contact him with additional questions. Although we were unable to get through to the office when we called to ask additional questions, the answering service was helpful ~ we were able to leave a message to have someone call back to set a day/time to go back with our measurements, but never received a call back. Hoping that our request for a meeting with one of them at a specific day/time is going to work on their end. As a nonprofit, we very much appreciate that the office is staffed 6 days a week and that the property is clean and well cared for and that US Storage has a sense of giving back to the community. When we went back with our measurements Missy was so very, very helpful in showing us additional units, answering all of our questions, and calling us back to answer even more questions after we left. She also effectively dealt with a difficult situation that arose with another renter while we were there which made us feel assured about her ability to deal with problematic situations and US Storage’s no tolerance policy. Thank you, Missy! Then, I decided to rent a small unit for my personal things and learned that Missy is no longer there, however, Helena & Christina were there, and were awesome helping me with getting a unit and doing the paperwork right at the end of their day! Thank you very much to both of you!

Because of a recent interaction with Helena I am giving this location a 5 star rating. I won an auction and as I was driving up to the location my stomach dropped due to a really poor customer service experience the month before with Missy at this same location. When I walked in and met Helena I couldn't believe the difference. She was nice, seemed to actually be interested When talking with us and was very professional. Thank you, Helena, for giving us an exceptional experience and changing my mind on how I felt about the company as well. Thank you

Missy and Samantha were very pleasant and professional. We were met at door with a smile and a wonderful attitude, which is an encouragement to do more busy.l with company. I wish organizations and companies would have more individuals like these two. It would make interactions like this more pleasing and pleasant. I will definitely share my experience with others, with the hopes they would decide to do busy here as well.
