The place is clean, well maintained and secure. The property managers Ms Kia and Ms Bridgett were more than professional and pleasnst Srvice with a smile!! Both the ladies made entire experience hassle free and enjoyable!! Wish can give them more tha 5 stars! They are best !

1 star because it is an actual storage facility. If i could give a half a star, i would. I've been using them for the past 5 months. The last 2 months the rate has been going up. I've been trying to go to the office constantly during business hours (always closed. Outside of lunch hour) and have called many times only to be on hold for an eternity. I finally called and waited for a person. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes. The agent i did speak to was helpful, but when asked why my bill has increased from 129 to 150, the only response she could give me was "supply and demand for the area" and that she didn't have any further information. I said how could you do this without notifying me. She said they send out notices 30 days in advance. I have received nothing from istorage except invoices each month. Also, I showed my military id to an employee in store in July, who said they would apply the military discount. The agent on the phone said there was no note of that. They applied a 1 time credit of $21, which shows no integrity on their end, if you think your right in charging more each month, then why give me anything back? I am deeply unsettled by this and think your practices are highly unethical and unprofessional. Have an employee on site during business hours, and don't surprise customers with crazy rate increases...
