I'm not sure how this facility has so many good reviews. I do agree that staff is nice and they do walk around the facility to make sure units are locked. However, the regular price increases are overwhelming. I can't confirm how often the monthly rates go up but it feels at least quarterly. Working on removing my things and finding another facility for storage.

Mrs. Janette was so very helpful and informative? I greatly appreciate her as she tried to help us as much as she could.And made some pretty good recommendations.

Encountered a wonderful staff member by the name of Jeanette who showed me where to go and what to do in a timely and polite manner. Very good service from building and staff.
