Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive and helpful. The process to create an account and find the right storage unit was quick and straightforward. They made everything easy, which I truly appreciate, especially during times in life when storage is needed unexpectedly. Went to look for a storage near home wasn’t sure if it was the correct one but the very nice property manager LU in the front desk helped me make sure it was the right one… and it was between Carlos on the remote phone. To Lu at the front desk, excellent customer service. Lu was great and also didn’t mind showing me different units which made my thought process easier. I viewed units, got my unit, signed my lease and was out of there in less than 25 min, maybe less. I was very happy. I love how it has a big parking space also and lots of room to drive in. Definitely recommend.

The office hours showed open st 10 am on Google but when I got there it was closed. I wanted to buy a lock for my new storage at this location and no one in the office. I called and no answer either, if there is an emergency needed how would we get in touch with someone?
