I had a great experience at the iStorage in Santa Maria. The units and facility are clean and secure. My two point of contacts were always Toby and Jenn and they were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we need storage again we’ll definitely be back here! 10/10 recommend!

I paid for our storage with my card so it took my BFs reservation an deactivated the phone and gate access because im guessingthe would let us proceed until it was fixed.. so I asked that they refund me and I would just turn around and re- rent in.my name Five min later I was given the locker # and the gate code. we were moving and need to be out by Sat. WED A.M. we rent to the unit. This office was closed on Wed and Thur for Th a nksgiving. gate code worked perfectly.. we approached our unit only to find a lock on the door. I had to call corporate.. was put on hold for 10 min and I had to call 3 times. Then to be told.. were sorry that you paid for your unit last night but we can call that office, they are closed. this back and forth lasted 20 min and finally the agent said.. I spoke to my supervisor and theres nothing we can do until Friday when they reopen. Yet I am to be moving and returning key Fri a.m..I was livid.. still am. They did finally offer us a 50% discount on next months rent.. its nice but I could have lost all my stuff because they neglected to make sure the unit was ready.

Definitely a good , trusting , and honest, very friendly and helpful in the Santa Maria location. This is my first storage and it has been a good experience Jenn is very super helpful and very nice I really recommend anyone to get a storage in the Santa Maria location. Speak with Jenn and she will help out. Very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone Thank you always Jenn
