StorQuest Self Storage

I have been searching for the good storage for last few months and by far the StorQuest is number 1. The service is excellent. They go beyond what I expect. And Mona, Lydia and Joe are great in helping and finding the right storage. I just decided to use this company and originally I was going to just use it for a couple months but I'm thinking about just leaving my stuff longer than that because of their service and the confidence that I have in them. My husband and I were searching for a new storage facility. I googled storage near me and storquest popped up. I’ve never heard of them but I saw that they have so many great reviews. I decided to take the plunge. I scheduled a tour and Mona was quick to help and show us our unit, she was so friendly. It’s spacious and in a great area. The whole process from start to finish took about 20 min. Joe was so kind at check out and he answered all my questions. I feel confident to leave my items in their care. Great location, very clean and most of all affordable. $1 first month rent, can’t go wrong. And we increased our storage size! Overall very very satisfied with my experience! Thank you StorQuest!!!

I have mixed feelings about StorQuest Santa Maria. On the positive side, the facility is clean and well-maintained, and it was able to accommodate all of my personal belongings. The staff are friendly and courteous. However, there are some drawbacks that potential customers should be aware of. The office is often unmanned, making it difficult to get assistance with questions, and the phone is rarely answered. On at least one occasion, a power outage made it impossible to access the facility, and there was no notification sent to tenants, something the office should be able to do via email or text. Another point to consider is the pricing. While the promotional rate of $1 for the first month is enticing, my rent eventually increased to the expected monthly rate. Over the two years I was a tenant, my rent went up unexpectedly 2–3 times, with the most recent increase pushing it from $175 to nearly $200. Overall, StorQuest Santa Maria offers a clean and secure storage option with friendly staff, but be prepared for occasional accessibility issues, unpredictable rent increases, and limited immediate support from the office.
