Erica at Public Storage was absolutely great to work with. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made the whole process quick and stress-free, from getting the unit set up to answering all my questions. It’s clear she cares about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location because of her!

Everything here has been awesome. Customer service in the office has been super helpful and informative & always makes sure we are good with everything we need. Every other public storage I have used is very distant & inattentive but here the manager is proactive and always checking on us and how we are doing or any issues we may have.

The staff was very helpful n knowledgeable. Explained the process and fees and really made me feel safe and secure even though the gate is down. Kudos to Erica she's amazing!
