My storage unit got broken into. The office never called me to inform me that my storage was broken into. I found out from the police that my storage was broken into. Also my storage had been flooded with water. My beds were wet. Even my tvs had water on them. Thankfully they still work. But everything had been touched by water. I moved all my stuff out and went to another storage location. How do you call police about a storage being broken into. But you don’t call the person renting the storage to let them know their storage was broken into.

I've used this storage facility for several years now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I like that you have to put in your unit number and a personal code to get in and out of the facility. That way there's a record of who goes in and out, and when. I'm sure you can find cheaper places in Muncie to store your stuff, but I doubt you'll get the peace of mind that you will using Jud.

I was notified by Judd Construction Storage today.....that my storage unit was broken into....and that i needed to stop by to inspect it. When i arrived, i was told that they had put a lock of their own on my locker....to secure it. The customer service woman gave me a key to unlock it and inspect my belongings. I drove to the gate, put my code in and couldnt get in. I went back to the office and was told by the same woman, that the code had been changed.....after the break ins. I drove back, entered my new code and preceded to unlock my locker. Then.....the key she gave me did not work. What a....debacle. I would not recommend this storage facility for two reasons.........mediocre customer service and false advertising of a SECURE place to store ones belongings. Find another place!
