Just Store It!

I rented two different units here, one for over a year, the other for a short time while moving. The system was set up great, I didn’t have any issues with the app or unlocking my unit. Customer service is great, I think I’ve had the same dude answer every time and he is always very friendly and helpful. Moving out was a little hard, I sent an email to get moved out but didn’t get a response so I had to follow up with a call, but they were able to immediately get it done over the phone for me. Overall super happy with my time here. Only reason I left is that I have my own basement now.

I love this place! I first rented here in 2018 so when I needed another place last year I gladly came back! It’s clean, safe and love the technology of easy access with your phone! I’ll be back if I need a unit again!

We rented a unit at the Fort Collins location since 2022. It is very clean and nice. We did have some issues here and there with the unit not opening due to it being wireless but I feel like that is to be expected with electronics. We were given the name and phone number of the maintenance man to resolve the issues when it came up, which was only 3 maybe 4 times in the whole time that we rented a unit. We own a business so we had multiple people accessing our unit multiple times per week. I feel like "Just Store It" did a great job managing the issues that we had here and there. We would recommend storing your stuff here for sure.
