We do not recommend at all! Very disappointed. Giving even one star is generous. Our climate controlled unit, so called, which we paid top dollar for was far from it. All our furniture had to be brought to the dump and we paid a pretty price for that. Covered in mold and even a dead mouse to boot!! Never store your furniture or anything here!!!! We were devastated!!!

I had an excellent experience at Just Storage thanks to Victor. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Victor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with outstanding service, ask for Victor—you won’t be disappointed!

I've been with JustStorage for the pass 2 years and I had a very great experience with them. The place is neat and secure. All the storages are inside and climate controlled. The staff at 1045 West Main St New Britain CT are welcoming and knowledgeable. Very nice place
