JW Logistics

I was told that this place is strict on appts so I got here a hour early for my appt. Does no one work the front? Been standing here for about 40-50 minutes now. I had one guy see me but he didn’t do anything and two other guys I tried calling out too but they ignored me. Terrible place to delivery

EZ in and EZ out. I also like when I can get a nice nap (60 min or so) while I'm being unloaded...lol

We ordered a tub from Home Depot on July 23rd, supposed to be delivered on the 28th. I waited at home all day on Friday. Nothing. Called Home Depot and JW Logistics; home Depot gave me the same info I could see myself online. It showed to be in Arlington on the 27th at 4:40pm, then different destination times on the 28th then it went to Fort Worth by Friday night at 9:30pm. Now expected delivery date is August 4, a week later. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at JW Logistics after several calls. Home Depot is definitely going to hear from me!!! My new tub had better be in great condition when it does finally get here!!!!
