KEEP IT MOVING - Northshore

This company is unprofessional at fullfilling its contract. We paid over 1800$ for a 3 bedroom house move on Nov. 26. We had multiple items that were damaged and this company is providing zero help on getting these items addressed. Its been over 2 weeks and all we are told is " we don't handle the claims but we will put a word in for them to call you" or " I'll give you their email address". Sorry that just isn't going to work. We have already sent multiple emails. This was your job and you should be honoring any and all damage that you did. The people that these items damaged are eldery and on social security. They are stressed out that they will have to fork out additonal money to replace their furniture. Not right. These movers damaged a round kitchen wooden table by rolling it 60yds down a concrete hallway to the storage unit. Thats just awful. Also 2 kitchen chairs were damaged by being improperly stored during transit. I get it, things can happen but they rushed. This could all be made better by just getting in touch with us. But no , nothing. Please save your money and go with a different company. Next step, i'll be getting an attorney to this matter handled.

The 3 men who were sent to my home to help me move were AMAZING!! All 3 deserve a bonus. I can't pick one who was better than the other 2. I would gladly hang out with any of them. They were very nice, professional, and funny. They worked very hard to get my stuff out as fast as possible. I could not have done it without them. Please give them all the bonus

The movers (Jason, Harold and Raynard)were very polite, kind and on time. They moved very quickly and effectively while taking good care of my furniture. Also LeighAnn was great too! I would 100% recommend using Keep it Moving for your next move.
