You’re only allowed to get to the floor where your storage unit is at. But all of the furniture dollies are locked on the first floor inside. Extremely inconvenient for when you need to roll stuff up. Can’t get to any of these because my unit is on the floor above and my floor doesn’t have any. They’re all locked on the first floor!
