Northwest Self Storage

I couldn't believe how clean these units are! Exceptionally spotless, they even smelled nice. Probably the cleanest storage I've seen. No signs of moisture, mold, pests, etc whatsoever. Rhonda is fantastic as well! She's polite, courteous, and friendly. I can tell she sincerely cares about the facility and her customers. The property is right next to a school, well-lit, and has tons of cameras; I felt very secure here. The leasing was also a breeze. No difficult paperwork or documents, etc. In less than 10 minutes I was moving my stuff into the unit. Wish all storage companies were this easy. So far, I feel great about storing here and I have no complaints whatsoever. Thanks again for your help, Rhonda!

Rhonda at Northwest Self Storage is an absolute gem! She takes great care of her customers, the facility is always clean and well maintained and she goes above and beyond. You can tell she really loves what she does and truly cares.
