Convenient easily accessible and safe storage for boats RV and even those things you don't need everyday around the house. We were putting new flooring in and wanted to store some of our furnishings short term but after seeing how easy it is to access we decided to keep our seasonal decorations there along with a few items we use often enough to hold on to but not so often they need to be in our downsized home.

Very nice place to store my trailer. And it is safe and never have to worry about people taking things.
