Very judgemental site, do not believe their claims and avoid all the sister stores named differently for a reason! UPDATE: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY CATRYNA! QUESTIONS AVOIDED AND EVEN COPS CALLED ON ME AS A CUSTOMER BECAUSE SHE HAD NO ANSWERS. SHE COULDNT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! I AM LOOKONG FOR THE NUMBERS FOR CORPORATE BECAUSE THIS SHOULD NOT BE HOW PEOPLE HANDLE MY STUFF AS A CUSTOMER!!! THE COPS ROCKED AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS HAPPENING EVEN... THANKS TO THEM I WAS CALMED DOWN SO I COULD NEVER DO BUSY WITH THIS OLIGOPOLY OF CONFUSION! THE WOMAN EVEN CHARGED ME BUT CLAIMED SHE DID NOT UNTIL THE COPS CAME! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER MY FIRST WAS SO PLEASANT. NEVER AGAIN! FIRST VISIT:oligopoly I like the unit and Richardo was very nice while setting me up for a unit. But the communication bridge is broken. The company is owned by another in lacey. Only giving you the idea of options. The phone is automated and no one ever calls you back. An automatic textnis sent lying about getting a return call in the future. And then, curse my luck i show to pay my monthly dues .... just to time it at their lunch time.... seriously needs better communication. AND be more publically open about being owned by the same company all of them here are owned by. Never again will i choose this company and its mother company.

We had a great experience got exactly what we wanted. Trish was the person that helped us and she was fantastic. She explained everything as we went along. She showed us the unit and showed us our different options. She was terrific thank you
