This company is very shady. I removed my account from autopay, and they continued to attempt to charge the card I had on file without my approval or permission. I have email confirmation of them admitting their wrongdoing, but even after I confronted them, they continued to charge my card. I had to close my account because of this situation. You can't charge someone's card without their approval or permission; it's against the law.

The manager’s been great, super easy to deal with and always quick to help. Renting a unit was simple, no headaches at all. Highly recommend.

Great storage facility here in Sebring and affordable prices. I usually don’t write reviews for stuff like this, but I’ve been through a couple other self storage facilities and had difficulties with their management and quality.
