Outstanding service. We just used Leibundguth on Monday to move my elderly parents. My parents had used them once in the past (2016) and asked me to hire them again. They did an exceptional job. The quote and price were very reasonable and there were no hidden fees/surprises. Cass was so helpful as the office administrator with excellent communication. They sent four young men on the move day and we were very impressed with their professionalism and kindness to my parents. Not one item was damaged or broken. There were some incredibly heavy pieces that they handled well. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. They made a very challenging day (caring for aging parents) stress-free for us.

I want everyone to know that if you are looking for a moving company there is only one that you need to know-Leibundguth Moving & Storage in Downers Grove! I moved out of my home in February after living there for over 30 years. I had to place my whole household into storage as I was having my home remodeled before putting it on the market. To say I was stressed out and emotional is putting it mildly! From my first call to Cass in the office to schedule my move I knew I was in good hands. She is so kind and friendly and professional. My original move date of January 15th was scheduled promptly and followed up with a confirmation email. When a personal matter caused me to have to reschedule my move date, Cass accomodated my request with no problem. The crew of guys arrived right on time. They were professional and friendly and they took such good care of my property. They were super efficient and had all of my belongings carefully stored at my storage unit in less time than I had planned. I finally sold my house and am now moving again and of course my first call was to Cass and thankfully they were able to get me on their schedule. I am so less stressed out this time around as I know the guys will do the same excellent work moving me in as they did moving me out. Don't waste time getting quotes from other movers. They have treated me like family which is very rare in this day and age. I wholeheartedly recommend Leibundguth Moving. They are the absolute best in the business!!
