Place sucks. No one here during business hours, advertised that you can buy a lock using the virtual kiosk, but there’s no option to buy the lock. And no one will answer the phone during business hours so I can get a lock for the unit, as advertised

Pay for a 5x10, get a 4x10. For the price you'd expect to get what you pay for. Edit; The owner promptly responded to my review and did everything possible to address the issue. Changing the review to 5 stars for amazing customer service.

I used this facility for two years. Storage units are great, but management is horrible. They have a 24 hour kiosk which lets you rent a unit and manage your payments at any time of the day which is convenient, but that makes it so the people who own and operate this place don't have to physically do anything to manage it. This reached a head, as many reviews have pointed out, in recent months when the facility was damaged due to a storm. For weeks I needed to access items in my unit and they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to emails. It's completely understandable that a natural disaster damaged your business and you can't operate, but if you don't have the decency to communicate with your customers about the progress being made and when they can access their belongings again, that's just spineless. I will at least give them credit for crediting renters a month of rent for the month we couldn't access our units, but still. Now I have vacated my unit, and I am trying to reach out to them to inform them of such and have them stop billing me. But they won't answer the phone, the voice mailbox is full, they won't answer emails, and you can't do this online. Take your business to a corporate-owned storage chain with more consistent service.
