Great customer service, staff is very helpful and pleasant, very clean, storage units are all different sizes, security is amazing, have huge carts with wheels to move your items which is a huge blessing very pleased. I recommend this storage unit. 5* my unit is a 10'/18.

We highly recommend the Urban Squirrel Storage Facility. The facility is clean, convenient, safe and secure. The company is top notch. They communicate clearly. Easy to rent and easy to close down.

The entrance and exit is too small for OTR trucks. 2 of our drivers damaged some vehicles trying to get out. I had help from another driver thank God. The employees were nice.
