They are very quick to get back to you once you register online. Text responses and follow up was the best. Easy location, access right off Rte2. Very clean and safe environment. There is no fencing, however protecting the area if that's a concern. But it's pretty remote in general. You be issued a passcode for the gate once you register. First month half price. There are 4 sections: A, B, C, D. They're only marked at each the door, however A will be to the far left and D the closest as you arrive through the gate. The only issue I had was they require insurance. Even though I sent in my insurance documents, they still charge me. They did reverse it however I'm guessing they don't think you'll notice.

When I called to ask about the storage lockers the woman on the phone was very nice and very polite, had all the answers that I asked abunch of questions. I was very at ease giving her the OK to bill me. I am glad that I did because storage units are very clean they look like they're brand new and they're very easy to access. I would tell anybody to go to this company because it's just a nice place and the prices are very reasonable.

It was a great location, clean storage with safe, updated design. Flooring dry and clear.
