You know when you have that feeling about not using a company and then you use them and think back I knew I should have gone with someone else. That’s how this went. Told us there movers were professional and they furniture would be delivered in the same condition it went into the pod. Well that was was not the case. While loading our furniture from there pod to the moving truck, some where , some how all the pillows in the couch and chairs became filthy, on top of that the furniture arrived wet and now has wet stains that we will need to pay to get cleaned off. The top of one of our stools was broken off and after 3 phone calls and a text message with photos over a 4 day time frame there has still not been a return call. Not a very good way to run a business. As of now my rating would be less then 1 star and a warning to not use this company. I do not normally post reviews but the fact they have not responded tells me the kind of business they run. Stay away.

We had great experience with this company from start to finish. Makie was especially helpful guiding us through the process. She was always ready handle our questions or concerns in a professional timely manner. The delivery guys also handled themselves in a professional and caring way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing cube storage.
