The lady at the office was so so fantastic and so professional she went beyond the call of duty to help me because I cannot make it into the store because of my leg she did 95% over the phone and all I had to do is stay outside in my vehicle and she came out to my car and did the rest. I want to thank her for all the help she did to me. I will rent from this company anytime just because of her you do not get this kind of help anywhere. Thanks again

The customer service agent went the extra mile to help me since I am disabled and hard of hearing. My ride took me to the wrong place then created drama. Sabrina in the office was beyond helpful and SO nice! Made a stressful situation seamless. I needed two units that were side-by-side and she was not only able to accommodate me last minute, but make sure they were super clean before having to move in the very next morning! She’s a keeper! She made me feel very comfortable with keeping my stuff there.
