Main Street Self Storage

I had rented the gym building for a very important occasion, my daughter’s Adoption Celebration. This was a day we was anticipating for a long time! I was in contact with a gentleman by the name Mike. I filled out a contract with all my information on it and paid my money to use the facilities. The day of the party, we arrive at the time we had the building rented and no one was in the office and everything was locked up. I had no codes to get in the gym or to raise the gate to pull our cars through. I immediately started panicking and started calling phone numbers that I had for Mike and the office. To no avail no one answer. I called for about an hour trying to figure out what to do. So we had to set up our party outside in the parking lot in the HOT sun. We were not prepared for an outside party. We had $100 cake that melted! It was windy and we lost decorations and balloons. About 1 1/2 hours into our party some guy showed and forced the gym doors open so we could get in to be able to use the bathrooms if we needed to. We had our party outside in the parking lot. Thank goodness it was a pretty day and not raining. After talking to a lady named Stacy she seem to think it was our fault because she could not get a hold of me even though I had provided all my information on the contract. An email was supposed to be sent to me with codes on it. And supposedly Mike left the cell phone at home (the one I was trying to call). This was such a disappointment to my family and guest that arrived for a VERY special day and was not prepared to be outside!!!! So please be aware when renting this facility! Make sure you get the codes and proper way to get a hold of someone so your day will not be ruined like ours!!!! They did not refund all my money to me. I was told since we were able to get in to the building that they would keep $65. Are you kidding me!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

Great facility, that offers great prices for storage units. They even have teamputure controlled units. My favorite part is they have an indoor basketball court for rent as well. Super clean gym. They offer a thermometer to take temperatures and lysol to clean with. Crystal Linton is a great employee who is easy to work with!

Main Street storage is a very extremely friendly business they will do all they can to help you and their prices are great I am extremely happy to store my stuff at their facilities I can't say enough about how friendly the staff is and how well lit the facility is keep up all the good work you guys are awesome
