Mancaves at Pearson Storage

Offroad Toy Outfitters was located here at Mancaves for about 14 months. The owner was very professional, and took great pride in this space. He installed new cameras recently, and, while not part of the official offering, facilitated wifi for us to keep in communication with our customers. Many of the photos on our Google profile were taken in/around the Mancaves area, and we highly recommend this space to anyone looking to move their small business out of their house! Monthly payments covered: Trash, Water, Electrical, Cable TV, and Facilities/Maintenance cleaning. There is a common bathroom for all, but it is cleaned daily, and typically multiple times/day! The only reason we moved out was because we outgrew the space. The 1 year lease was nearly perfect timing, and it just went month-to-month after that.

I own BLR TUNING at PEARSON MANCAVES bay # 8. We tune motorcycles & work on motorcycles, build and install custom underglow LED lighting, manufacture parts, 3D printing work. We are a dealer for Dynojet, TREAL performance, Brock's performance, and many other brands as well. Look us up online. We are on all social media platforms including YouTube. I had taken my truck to two local repair shops in Vancouver washington . After waiting two years for unsuccessful repairs at the two shops I call Mancaves. The application process is fast and easy. The amount is well worth it. The garage has air ,110v, and 220v outlets in the unit I rented. Comes with flat screen TV. Makes a nice date for my girlfriend. She can watch tv and I can turn wrench. Spend quality time together ❤️. The owner is a real businessman. Very respectful and honest. Don't see that today.
