The customer service is out of this world... they make you feel like family not just a client... I have had my unit for almost 10 yrs and Nancy has called to remind me not in the bothersome way but honestly Friendly reminder to pay... I love this place and if I ever need them again I will definitely come back ten times over... 😁

Nancy was very helpful, she described the storage unit sizes and then took us to see them and find the best fit for us. She was very personable and also knowledgeable about what she does. The facility looks very clean and secure as well. Prices are reasonable.
