Mesa Desert Storage

DO NOT RENT HERE! I was RoBBeD! They didn’t even let me know. I got there and there was a red lock on one of the 4 doors to the unit. I opened the other door to realize all my tools had been stolen. My custom beach cruiser was gone anything worth value was gone. My collection of Vintage Ray ban sun glasses in mint condition, gone. The Police came and took photos and prints. Note: do not enter or touch items so they can better collect evidence. They told me that they are tired of going out there, so they really want to catch this guy. The officer also remembering coming out to this location and seeing the door on my unit open when she went to investigate another unit robbery across from mine. Nobody informed me. The police can’t enter without my permission. When I went to the office to get information, they had no record of my unit number being broken into. However, the woman looking it up, kept asking me what was the number again? And then she would say another unit number and then give me the date. It was robbed and she did that probably four times. If you’re thinking about renting there, just know that when you walk around and see the red locks on everything that’s not because the person hasn’t paid their rent, it’s because they were broken into. They do not have security cameras. What you think is a security camera is actually just a motion sensor so lights come on giving the robber the ability to see really easily at night into your unit.

My work just brought me back to AZ and I found this storage nearby. Kassie was really helpful and friendly! I needed 10ft U-Haul and a unit - she was so helpful and I got a nice deal. She took the time to show me the drive up and climate units so I could make a good decision knowing the AZ heat. I like that they have cameras too I checked out some of the big storage guys but ended up here because it's small and quite and I met some other tenants who said they've been there a while and liked it a lot.

This is by far the best storage place I have been to. Affordable price and the best customer service I have dealt with thus far. Ed is a great guy even cleaned out the storage to make sure it was ready for me to go. Great guy, very courteous and respectful. If you guys need a storage this is my first recommendation
