Office literally smells like human waste don't just take my word for it you'll notice it the second you walk in. Generally a clean facility however one thing that rubbed me wrong was the manager's very Kurt and Frank attitude. She seemed very indifferent to any question you asked her when I asked her for document the proof that my rates will not go up 43 months she gave a very current response of I can't do that for you even though she told me that that was the promotion they had going on. Another thing that rubbed me wrong was I paid for the month of December but I left before the month was over and they told me they do not prorate the difference for days unused even though I left the storage unit clean and I've never had made issues with their facility. It makes you wonder if I should have just left the dirty to pay for the remainder. Ino incentive to clean. This review is 100% truthful the last thing I would like to state is they claim to be safe and secure facility however I cannot count The Times how I was simply able to drive through the facility because the gate is wide open and does not close they need to fix that before somebody has a tragedy and loses all their belongings.

Clean, the staff is friendly and informative they have great deals some time
