Worst experience EVER! No actual human in the office --only people via video. No place to sit in the office while waiting. Mgr was helpful when he finally arrived. Inundated with text messages, some with misleading information and some same info as email. Hard to tell which one to pay attention to. Storage units appear clean and well maintained but be sure to take your own lock. Big brother knows the combination to the lock they provide.
